Ninety years in Sanremo

We were founded in 1932 by the brothers Mario, Giovanni and Settimio Benza. Control later passed to Danilo and Davide Benza and to Pasquale Di Muccio, who built us into the group we are today.

  1. The brothers Mario, Giovanni and Settimio Benza found the firm in Sanremo.

  2. Exclusive import of Genap products begins for Italy, southern France and Switzerland.

  3. Loyalty to Work and Economic Progress Award from the Imperia Chamber of Commerce.

  4. The PDM System against the red palm weevil is patented.

  5. Danilo Benza receives the San Romolo Award for entrepreneurship.

  6. The atelier at via Feraldi 30 opens, an outdoor showcase in the centre of Sanremo.
